The Shellback 

Chorus 

The Shellback Chorus performs shanties plus more reflective, humorous, and contemporary maritime songs at folk festivals. Generally it performs unaccompanied outdoors and with some instrumental accompaniment indoors. Typically there are around 25 members performing at any particular festival, with 15 to 20 leading songs.
